We are recruiting for a Company Called DynCorp whom specialise in the aviation industry, therefore you will be working with a US company that helps the Government. We have around 130 Brit’s working with DynCorp and more that have transferred directly to the company through promotions. We are currently recruiting chinook technicians and mechanics, to work on either one of two contracts overseas. Both contracts have different pay, hours, location and incentives. I will tell you more about the different contracts we have on offer and if you have any questions or want to continue with the recruitment process please let me know. Afghanistan – Location either Kandahar or Bagram. * You will work towards a 90/30 rotation (three months on, one month off) * You will work 12 hour shifts whilst on rotation therefore working weeks are 84 hours * You will receive extremely competitive rates of pay and will be excludided from paying TAX * You will not have any outgoing costs whilst on contract as we will cover rotation flights via Dubai, accommodation and meals on base. * We also recommend signing up to Emirates skywards, so you can gain points on all flights booked to access business lounges, business flights etc. * You will receive 5% annual bonus upon completion of your first year and 10% annual bonus upon completion of your second. You will also be exempt from paying NI in your second year therefore your NET pay will increase * For this 3 years’ experience within the past 6 years on Apache or Chinook or 1-year experience within the past three is required Honduras * You will relocate with holiday entitlement throughout the year * Based on 48 hours per week you will receive competititve rates of pay. * You will be responsible for your own living costs whilst there, but we will assist in finding/booking accommodation. Living costs are EXTREMELY cheap in Honduras and one of our guys has been there for around 7 years. * 3 years’ experience within the past 6 years on Apache or Chinook or one-year experience within the past 3 is required. Please also note we do also offer a referral fee for anyone you refer to work on a contract with M&E Global. For every person you refer that we hire we will give you £150 each person. Knowledge and Skills. * Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts. * Broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair. * Basic knowledge of electrical theory and a thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometres, sheet metal brakes and sheers. * Working knowledge of technical publications and Logistics Information Systems. * Able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects and is required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks. * Participate in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required. * Possess the level of experience to inspect all required aeronautical type maintenance to be performed by Mechanics. * The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records. Our client are a large laocal authroirtty based in South West London who are currenty looking for a Senior S106 Monitoring officer to work in the team for a period between 9-12 months. ROLE OVERVIEW To undertake a range of duties relating to the management and monitoring of planning obligations from S106 Agreements, working to identifiable deadlines in a manner that is consistent with meeting corporate targets and objectives. To deliver high quality, robust and transparent decision making within tight time frames on matters relating to S106 legal agreements to ensure that the Planning and Transport Division is recognised as delivering an excellent planning service for all of our customers. The Senior S106 Monitoring Officer will provide day to day management of S106 legal agreements including related advice requests and correspondence to agreed and identifiable timescales. To independently manage the legal agreements to ensure that the provisions within them are enacted at the correct time and to manage incoming funding contributions and its allocation and associated spend. To coach and supervise junior planning officers to help them acquire the skills and knowledge so that they can become self-reliant in dealing with technical and people issues as required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A good knowledge of planning legislation with more detailed up to date knowledge of that relating to Section 106 agreements and their application to development Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access and ability to use a wide range of computer software to collate, query, analyse, interpret and present data. Have a methodical approach to work with high levels of accuracy and ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
