Our client based in Eye , Suffolk currently seeking for a Gut Room Operatives on a temp to perm basis. This role will involve preparing  internal organs of pork meat for further processing, packaging or for marketing. You will be using knives, cleavers, meat saws, band saws and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Your duties will include cutting and trimming meat to prepare for packing, inspecting meat for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. The pay rate starts at £8.93 per hour . Working hours are 7 am fill finish ( 40 hrs guaranteed ) , Monday to Friday .
