IT PROJECT MANAGER

Up to £500 per day / 12-month contract

Location: South East/ Remote

  • We are looking for an IT Project Manager based in South East (Option of working from remote) on a 12-month contract. 
  • Role/ Responsibilities Identify and acquire the means to achieve project/programme/portfolio requirements Lead integration across all work streams and organisational boundaries to deliver project objectives Identify and secure resource. 
  • Lead project/programme/portfolio team, including setting up, developing and evaluating team performance where appropriate.
  • Monitor, control and manage overall project/programme/portfolio performance to address deviations from plan in line with company standard processes Influencing and management of key project/programme/portfolio stakeholders (internal and external). 
  • Status reporting to the PMO/Head of IT/Project/Programme Executive/Director. 
  • Able to make good decision based on limited information Team leadership responsibilities, including the planning and prioritisation of their work. 
  • Promotion of the general culture and professionalism of project management throughout the Business Experience Must be a proven PM, ideally with experience in energy industry but not essential.
  • Must have global experience Must have manager budgets in excess of £5m Must have strong stakeholder

Are you a management accountant looking for a new role where you will be challenged? You will be working in Telford for a business that has gone through rapid growth over the past 5 years. Working in a small UK based team you will be responsible for the management accounting reporting directly to the Finance Director. You will be providing accurate and timely management and financial information to a variety of senior stakeholders and providing key financial indicators and performance for the financial activities in the UK.
