Risk Project Manager Your main responsibilities as a Project Risk Analyst will involve: * Implementing R&OM in accordance with an Enterprise Risk Management Framework * Running Monte Carlo analysis within a standard Risk Management software Toolset; to conduct analytical risk analysis for schedule risk and report results and recommendations * Supporting the maintenance of project risk and opportunity data ensuring data integrity * Ensuring the integrity of risk data is consistent within risk reports for all business reporting forums * Facilitating the Joint Risk Management process across the Joint Working Group * Promoting and communicating the Risk and Opportunity Management process across the business Your skills and qualifications: Essential: * Experience of Risk Management and Opportunity Management – preferably within an operations/manufacturing environment and also at the order winning stage of programmes. * Applied Project Risk and Opportunity Management experience, methodologies and toolsets * Analytical application and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate and work at all levels within an organisation. Desirable: * Qualified to APMP or PMQ or similar * Experience in advising senior leaders within a similar industry * Understanding and experience of the generic Risk and Opportunity process stages * Academically qualified to degree level or equivalent standard in a related discipline such as Business Management * Experience of Life Cycle Management * Experience in the application of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) techniques and tools, for example: Predict! The role is to work with in an office-based environment and complete the following duties on a daily basis. * Responsible for keying in accurate information with regards to all Purchase Orders and the placing of orders with suppliers * You will also be required to expedite all goods due to be delivered to the site on a weekly basis * Also, as part of the role you will be required to update the NAVISION system with price changes and price lists and vendor catalogue and updating the management of the changes * Checking and adjusting all wrong order quantities and price discrepancies * Reporting to the Planning Manager when ordering components from suppliers also includes orders from the Far East along with consumables including Stationary for the factory * You will also be responsible for overseeing and chasing credits returned to the suppliers * Collate and distribute monthly credit updates to the Operations Manager * Matching Delivery Notes and GRN to the PO Numbers and sending to the Accounts Dept * Completing the weekly paid hours and reporting them to the Accounts Department You will require to have good: Communication Skills Able to work as part of a Team Data Entry Skills Excel Spreadsheet skills Microsoft Various Packages Skills Accounting and reporting systems Experience Work to strict deadlines Communicate effectively via emails & Telephone to customers & Suppliers Able to Complete a minimum of a 12 Month Contract.
