In order to improve customer experience, facilitate "single sign-on" across multiple channels, support best-practice security guidelines around multi-factor authentication and enable a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) end state between Cable and Mobile a consolidated UK Identity Management platform is required. The single Identity Management platform will enable all UK consumer cable, and mobile users to be authenticated and be authorised using data from other systems. This platform will be delivered under the Identity Management (IDM) Programme of work with 3 proposed phases covering projects needed to deliver Identity Management for Cable, IVR, Ping Directory and FMC (Inc. Mobile). The eventual end-state being that all UK applications and portals shall use the same strategic Identity platform for authentication and authorisation. There will be a single customer identity for both Cable and Mobile customers and therefore a true FMC experience (single dashboard and online account management for all products, single IVR etc.) Key Tasks Manage a project team of internal staff and external vendors (up to 30+ people across 3-4 work streams, including internal, contract, 3rd party suppliers and Systems Integrator Partners) Lead the project team to define and deliver the end to end requirements on which the project is reliant.
