Reporting in to Finance Director, this is the number one role in Tax. Key responsibilities of the role include: Monitor all tax developments internationally and take ownership for communicating legislation and regulatory changes to regional entity operations Oversee the external compliance function (direct and indirect taxes), including ensuring that cross-border compliance and tax controls and processes are maintained Review tax reporting submissions from all countries; appropriately challenge existing processes Provision of tax advice (all taxes) to ensure that business projects are transacted tax efficiently Manage international indirect tax audits Prepare and execute all operational aspects of transfer pricing, including review of intercompany transactions and agreements Support the International Controllers with ad-hoc process improvement and the provision of robust financial controls Desirable skills: Qualified finance professional (CTA, ACA or ACCA) International Tax experience within a Big4 advisory firm or a large in-house company The ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation, including with senior stakeholders

As an Electronics Assembler you will be responsible for; Undertaking assembly processes, ensuring all ESD product disciplines are adhered to and products are correctly built and tested. Following Engineering drawings to assemble the mechanical racking systems, sub assembly and wiring of all connections. Building, assembling and installation of modules that make up the suites. Rack wiring completed for all the panels connecting to each other as per drawing. Assembling different power supply units and installation of cubicles. Working on control panels, including complete wiring on the panels using crimp tools Component & D-type connector soldering Electrical/Prototype Wiring PCB Building Days and NIGHTS Friday - Sunday 06:00 - 17.45 (Days) 18:00 - 05:45 (Nights) Benefits include holiday pay, gym facilities, pension scheme, free parking, full training and the opportunity to work within high tech and interesting surroundings. We are looking for an individual who will be accountable for carrying out: Integration of high capacity optical transmission equipment Equipment configuration Assessing appropriate testing procedures Analyzing and investigating product issues, determining root cause, and implementing improvements as applicable Correctly recording investigations and failed units on the system Testing the project equipment as required Compiling test reports for completed projects Liaising with key project representatives Supporting the production function Desired Skills/Experience/Qualification: A relevant engineering degree in optics, electronics or data transmission, or similar (or suitable industry experience) Previous experience of working on contemporary transmission equipment, preferably optical transmission equipment Good knowledge in SDH Transmission, and DWDM Solid problem solving skills with experience debugging problems in complex real-time systems.
