Maintaining internal KPI's are hit whilst providing the customer with a high standard of communication on availability issues, ways of working and best practice.
Daily management of customer orders, involving the checking of stock levels.
Communicating with your customers daily to advise of any shortages and amendments of the orders.
Dealing with a variety of customer queries and providing a solution in a timely manner
Interaction and daily update to be provided in the Tier 2 meeting
Execute specific promotions and marketing activities to drive incremental business
Build account profiles and look in depth at ways to improve on any inefficiencies.
Attend adhoc customer meetings and factory tours
Investigate daily DDDR's to help improve customer service and to eliminate issues from future orders.
Basic understanding of excel
Team player is a must
Work under own initiative
Work under pressure to meet internal deadlines
JD Edwards experience
Previous customer service experience
