Initial focus will be on delivery of a network event management solution and integration with a Manager of Managers for event correlation as part of a broader ITIL based OSS/NMS solution. Support the introduction of new network technologies ensuring that Solarwinds is configured optimally to support correlation and overall service availability and proving this in the FAT/SAT processes. Manage 3rd party suppliers including technical liaison, technical compliance, inter-dependencies between suppliers, testing, scoping of support contracts and transfer into operations Responsibility for the specification, design, configuration and deployment of the solutions, including all documentation, statements of work, process maps, handbooks, user guides, training and successful transfer into operations. Planning design and implementation of system upgrades including migration to a highly available (HA) solution. Be the subject matter expert for the Solarwinds solution and its integration with the OSS/NMS application portfolio used by the client. To provide 3rd line technical support as required for applicati faults.
