We are looking for Technical Support Engineers for Network/ Security/ Voice to work on a contract/ permanent based in Reading.
You will be responsible for integration and technical support in the field of Network/ Security/ Voice.
You will collaborate closely with our clients to define technical solutions. Equipment hardware installation, software installation, standalone commissioning, Equipment testing support, including test environment setup, test equipment management and maintenance Implementing or supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test Implement of site survey and achieving survey report Supporting as Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process Responsible for Level1/level2 technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by the customer or local subcontractor according to SLA Responsible for handling technical cases on a ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process Follow up issues that may arise.
