telent are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join a fast paced and growing project team. You will be required to problem solve and think outside the box on a daily basis to ensure delivery on multiple projects. The projects work UK wide so strong communication and organisational skills will be imperative for this role.
You will utilise your excellent project management skills and experience to successfully deliver multiple wireless projects within budget and on time
Strong communication skills are essential, previous experience of wireless would be an advantage. You will be expected to manage the stakeholder and supplier relationships, lead a small project co-ordination team and further develop the organisations project management capability. As such a demonstrable track record of working within a recognised formal PPM methodology is required.
Demonstrable project management experience within telecommunications or microwave technology environments.
Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects
Management of site access, permits and associated dependencies to deliver on the day of activities
Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
Project planning and scheduling
Normal PPM accreditation
The financial performance and reporting of all project, including managing financial performance through Oracle
Production of project programmes
Understanding of risk and issue management
Understanding of project planning principles and toolset QEHS awareness
Excellent MS Office skills
Use and knowledge of Arqiva, WIG, CellCM, BT,ADCbuild, BCM, Track Trans, PACS, Tungsten
Oracle PM & Remedy experience are a must
Excellent communication skills
Proven Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Ability to hit the ground running
Good Customer communication skills
Good understanding of how to use influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to communicate at all levels in the business
