Service Operations Manager Berkshire The end to end role will be to develop and maintain relationships to ensure incident tickets are managed correctly and according to existing and new processes Ensure that incidents are managed according to SLA's and KPI's Triage contacts to support teams and escalate tickets as necessary Identify areas for continuous service improvement. Ensure that practises and processes exist and where possible are formalised and repeatable Ensure communication delivered to users/shareholders is accurate, appropriate and high quality. Our offer Altran is looking for a Test Engineer to join the team in Slough. Your role * Rapidly learn the existing SecGW solution (including entwined IP routers) and learn where the solution is moving to “on a Stick” * Produce Test Plan inc Test Case listing from Tef UK provided template and gain sign off from stakeholder though project team * Gather existing Test Cases in HP ALM system - ~60 Test Cases * Review and validate the Test Cases in the HP ALM system, removing duplication and creating more tests cases where required and agreed * Perform MoSCoW test case prioritisation to ensure test cycle is achievable in the time constraints * Review overarching MoP/Imp Plan from Tef design team and produce detailed plan (MoP) for SecGW changes ensure the MoP work in unison with connected plans. * Execute Baseline test cases * Execute Migration MoP Test cases inc rollback * Execute Regression suite of test cases once “on a stick” * Produce and manage defects/issue tracker and seek resolutions * Produce Test Exit Report with change risk assessment and gain sign off Your profile * Excellent knowledge of Eudemon * Excellent knowledge of 4G’s use of IPSec in the S1 interface * Excellent IP skills (ability to troubleshoot the BGP routing around the Tef Uk SecGW solution) working with Cisco & Nokia ION trained engineers * Excellent knowledge of IP network testing & troubleshooting practices * Have excellent technical people co-ordination, co-operation, management skills & work independently * Demonstrate tenacity and a proactive attitude to all the tasks defined * Be able to progress tasks concurrently to deliver in the allotted time * Provide regular updates to the Project and Transport Test team principal engineers * Respond to concerns raised by the Transport Test team principal engineers * Work on site in Buck Ave Slough office full time * Knowledge of Juniper routers not essential but an advantage

SDH Project Services are currently looking to recruit a Grab Driver to work within our Scotland operations on our telecommunications project. The roles are based in Scotland with the base located at Bathgate (Nr Edinburgh). Lots of travel will be required from site to site. The Grab Driver ensures that the HGC and grab is operated safely whilst supporting the Civils/Groundworks teams. • Deliver and collect materials to and from our teams • Ensure the safety of members of the public and operational staff whilst the HGV is operating. • To assist with the backfill of pipe excavations and trenches in the highway. • To assist with signing, lighting and guarding of works. • To remove construction waste materials to recycling centres and clear sites of debris. Required Skills and Experience: To be reliable and punctual with good communication skills to ensure team and customer services delivered. MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence with class 2 licence and Digi-tacho card and Grab ticket. To be physically fit and good with your hands as these roles can be physically demanding, involve bending, lifting and manual handling. However, much of the work will be carried out by mechanical equipment to assist with this. To respect the rules laid down for working safely. Ensuring you can follow process and comply with the requirements of the work, including the wearing of PPE. Be prepared for outdoor working conditions which may be wet and dirty.
