Becoming a Revenue Recognition Consultant with Capita Transformation:
Fantastic opportunity for a Revenue Recognition Consultant to come onboard and become part of a Finance team which is supporting the needs of a recent transformation project. The Revenue Recognition consultant role is based in London on a 3 months contract.
What you will do:
Documenting scenarios from the business
Working with the functional teams to understand how the set up would be applied in the system
Assisting with general revenue recognition documentation from a system perspective
Ensuring compliance with Group Accounting Policy on anything documented
Identifying any policy changes that might be needed to meet revenue recognition requirements
Your experience will include:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with a minimum of 10-12 years' post qualification experience
Strong understanding of accounting treatment for revenue- time of billing, events based (e.g delivery) or time based
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the
Proven analytical, influencing and managerial skills
SAP implementation, revenue recognition IFRS15 business support
