JavaScript Developer, React Native, Node Are you a Front End Developer for interesting in helping lead a new React Native project for a major UK tech brand on 6 month rolling contracts? We are hiring for 2 Senior Front End Developer to join a brand new product for a major UK ecommerce brand. The team will be tasked with creating a greenfield React Native app as well as several Node microservices that will sit behind the app. This will be heavily focused on JavaScript (ES6+) in a fully automated CI/CD environment and both engineers will have influence and input into the architecture and environment. Key requirements * Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) * Strong knowledge of React including some React Native (personal is fine) * Some experience with Node for creating backend services * Experience influencing projects as a senior engineer * Comfortable in a fully automated CI/CD environment These contracts will run for 6 month and both engineers will be joining at very early stages in the build getting to influence the build of pretty much the entire system from start to finish. The role has a procurement and contract focus, so will be sourcing goods and services to public sector guidelines, contract development and negotiation, liaison and negotiation with key suppliers and Train Operating Companies, promotion of the long term value of the rail franchise, plus other associated tasks and responsibilities. Successful candidate will have had significant demonstrable experience in commercial management and procurement in the public sector, with knowledge of CCS Frameworks, OJEU and Public Contracts Regulations.
