The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Royalty reports are received, invoiced and revenue processed and tracked in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: * Create tracking document to monitor actual revenue vs Budget & Forecast on quarterly basis. * Ensure all royalty reports are received and processed by Corporate Royalty Dept (CRD). * Ensure partners receive invoices on a timely manner. * Chase unpaid debtors on a regular basis. * Raising PR/PO in SAP. ` Key Skills Required: * Previous experience of working in a administrative/ Finance role. * Exposure to multi-currency reporting environment. * Able to provide accurate and timely information and analysis. * Ability to clearly summarise and present information to the stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and word) * Good communication skills. Responsibilities You will be working in a large premises in Nottingham where the general public pass through often. You will need to be presentable and able to perform general cleaning duties as your main focus. You will be offered a minimum of 25 hours per week which usually turns into 30-40 hours per week. Please note due to how large the premises is you will be on your feet walking around a lot performing around 1,500 steps.
