Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Mental Health Practitioner to work in Cornwall. This role is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £35.00 per hour via an umbrella company. The role: The post holder will deliver high quality comprehensive mental health services. The role involves managing a defined caseload with a focus on providing expert assessment and treatment for people with complex mental health difficulties and their carers. This will include recovery co-ordination (design and co-ordination of treatment packages that are personalised and evaluated in line with payment by results). To provide statutory Adult Social Care, Care Management functions (assessment, care planning and reviewing). The liaison with a wide range of statutory and non-statutory agencies is central to this role. The post holder will contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision for other members and participating in team and service development, and evaluation. The successful candidate should have experience of working in a Adoption and Permanence Team and can demonstrate they have the specialist knowledge of attachment and PACE and post order support needs and can model this with families. Experience of adoption and SGO post order support, therapeutic approach towards working with families and works well under pressure and have excellent recording skills. A telescopic forklift driver with 360 slew is required for work with a construction company on various sites around Cornwall. Duties are to operate the machine in a safe and competent manner. You must have a CPCS or NPORS licence with the 360 slew add on and have worked on a construction site previously with this licence.
