NOC Engineer Britsol NOC Engineer will provie services within a 24/7 telecommunications project environment supporting; * Fault management across Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson equipment, specifically 4G and 5G * Monitoring and clearance of 5G alarms. * Raise tickets into the respective ticketing system * Interface to Ericsson front office and deal with incoming and outgoing 5G tickets * Deal with 4G co-dependency site issues / faults / caused by 5G. * Coordinate joint site visits for Transmission, power and antenna faults. * Provide support for unlock/lockdown of 5G sites Skills and Background required; * Must have Huawei and Nokia fault management experience on 4G networks. 5G BTS hardware understanding would be advantageous * Able to support a 12 hour shift pattern 7 days a week (days and nights on 4 on, 4 off basis). * High attention to detail and well organised * Team player * Demonstratable experience working in NOC / TOC environment on wireless 3G, 4G, 5G projects prior

Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle with experience of operating in the phase relevant to the role. Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulations. Understand the need, and have awareness of Product Safety and SH&E. Excellent communication skills. In addition, you should be capable of working towards professional registration (CEng) through a recognised engineering institution such as the IET or IMechE.
