About the role
Provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Development Team.
You will also be responsible for:
Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems.
Co-ordinate internal and external meetings for the approval of new housing schemes and procedures, preparing papers and attending meetings to ensure accurate recording of minutes.
Co-ordinate the monitoring and reporting of the Development Programme, ensuring information is provided accurately and on time for reporting to the Executive and Boards.
Raise purchase orders, process invoices and building contract certificates.
Co-ordinate scheme valuation payments.
Prepare legal and contractual documents for signing in accordance with procedures and standing orders.
Maintain and our standard development procedures and forms.
Maintain the audit file process within the team ensuring key documents are in order and carry out audits using standard check lists; ensuring schemes comply with internal procedures.
Maintain appropriate property information, be the lead contact for related queries.
Supporting the development team with data from other departments and systems as necessary
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Welsh Government, Local Authority, and Consultants in respect of social housing grant schemes.
Process grants submissions for approval.
Administer the team’s activities in relation to benchmarking, key performance indicators and customer feedback.
Organise PR events and liaise with Communications team to raise the profile of the development programme.
Take responsibility for the health and safety of myself, my team and others ensuring that we are fully compliant with all legislative obligations and our working practices.
Responsible for processing applications received in respect of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire and issues relating to the conveyance process, stock enquires – pre and post-sale. Provide advice to customers, including customer visits and provide the main point of contact for associated queries at all stages.
