We are seeking an experienced Stand Alone Payroller to join our client based in Southam
*Completing new starters and leaver tasks
*Providing accurate information and payments to employees
*Ensuring payments to pension providers and other party's are paid correctly
*Process the collation of payroll information from contract administrators/managers and ensure successful transmission for all payroll frequencies
*Providing employees with ongoing support and assistance that meets their requirements
*Communicating to line managers regarding employees pay e.g. when reducing to half pay/no pay where known
*Ensuring that all month end and statutory duties are completed
*To produce management information on required payroll data for key stakeholders when requested
*Forward plan workload to ensure deadlines are achieved
*Working as part of the Tax and Payroll Team in the delivery of day to day tax & payroll duties
*Proven knowledge of current payroll legislation.
*Proven knowledge of the payroll cycle and duties required.
*Proven experience of using computerised payroll applications such as Pegasus Opera
*Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
*Working with sensitive, highly confidential information in a professional manner

Editing and adjusting CAM programmes using Siemens machine controls
The CNC Machinist will:
Come with formal Mechanical Engineering or Machining qualifications (HNC, HND, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
Have previous experience running a 5-axis machining (all controls/machines considered although Siemens controls would be advantageous)
Have experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment
Be capable of reading and editing programmes
Working Hours: 42 Hours per week (night shifts)
Monday to Thursday - 20:00 to 07:00
Regular overtime available - usually worked on Friday evenings
