With a Strong collaborative working environment they are down to earth employers who pride themselves in providing a stable and safe working environment with strict health and safety guidelines including social distancing in place Description Senior Purchase Ledger Officer duties and responsibilities; Efficient processing of purchase invoices and supplier payments Process and post all material and packaging invoices in an accurate and timely manner Handle invoice queries with supply base Post bank transactions to Sage daily and reconcile bank account regularly Reconciliation of supplier statements Make Financial Controller aware of all significant payments to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting Other general administrative duties and requirement to cover other team members as required Ensure the culture of continuous improvement is maintained and developed throughout the operational factory site Profile Senior Purchase Ledger Officer skills, traits and experience; Previous demonstrable experience of purchase ledger ledger is required Experienced in excel Entry level AAT would be an advantage Good communication skills Self-disciplined, efficient and proactive Strong team player Good awareness of and ability to work to deadlines Calm and clear-thinking when dealing with queries Job Offer 12 month maternity contract Quick start in order to gain an effective handover from the maternity leaver Monday to Friday on site 8am to 5pm daily.
