Pertemps Specialist Division are working in collaboration with one of our public sector clients to recruit x2 Business Partners within their Organisational, Leadership, and Educational Development team on an initial 6 month contract. Based in Edinburgh, the successful candidate will provide effective specialist input to broad range of core, bespoke and innovative interventions, with a focus on relationship building, to support the development of the client as a learning organisation. Working in partnership with stakeholders you will offer a key contribution towards the continuous performance improvement and broader national development agenda of the business.
This will be a full-time role, with a salary equivalent of between £30,000 - £38,000 pa.
Diagnosing, designing and facilitating interventions to the development of teams, groups and individuals including operational support for iMatter, meaningful appraisal, essential learning and line management development
Researching and preparing corporate policies, based on an understanding of national and organisational requirements and practical management needs
Supporting formal monitoring and reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders by designing surveys, analysing data, and producing reports
Effective utilisation of the department's frameworks and processes for ensuring the quality and impact of all programmes, projects and services
Supporting departmental operational planning, and participating in the department's commissioning process for ad hoc development requests to ensure appropriate use of department resources and alignment with the client's priorities
Supporting the implementation of national and local policies and initiatives related to Organisational, Leadership and Education Development
Degree level qualification or SCQF level 9/10 or equivalent; in addition, CIPD qualified with Affiliate membership or equivalent qualification/experience
Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in accessing, analysing and presenting wide range of complex information
Design and delivery of training and development interventions
Demonstratable ability to problem-solve and prioritise work in order to meet the needs of the organisation
Understanding and experience of contemporary education approaches for example adult education and workplace learning
