Purpose of the Role:
We're looking for entrepreneurial thinkers on a mission to set up and scale our trades base across the UK. Part of the newly formed, impactful Launch Team, you'll be responsible for expanding our business as, you will help us expand to new markets and oversee the initial operations of each market that you are responsible for. From the initial planning and scoping through to pitching and launching, you'll drive the whole sales and support our on boarding team. The right person for this role is entrepreneurial, outgoing, and cross-functional with experience in sales, business development, market ops, or community.
Launching new cities and areas across the UK
Finding the best partners in the market, building relationships, pitching them the benefits of joining our marketplace and recruiting them to the contractor network
Develop new strategies to find new partners and to increase our number of trades
Build a partner base and develop referrals
Pitching and selling the model
To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate, team player and move quickly.
Passionate about our business plan
Empathetic in dealing with different people. Able to quickly build relationships with trades partners and internal stakeholders with no problem
High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response
Willing to travel
Data driven - use data to improve sales, conversion productivity, decision making and impact business
Problem solving - solve business challenges by adjusting various systems and levers and identifying potential solutions;
Strong track record of excellence in execution and thriving when given autonomy.

You have a proven track record in sales, with small business sales
