This position will be based in the Brentwood area. Job Purpose: To carry out basic repairs & servicing on golf buggy's Key Tasks • Carry out vehicle inspections and repairs to golf buggy's and other vehicles • Produce good productivity levels in line with Auto data /Manufacture repair times • Comply with Depot specific health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout and report any failings through the reporting procedure • Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure all tooling and specialist equipment is checked, tested and compliant in line with company policy. Essential Key skills • Qualified /time served vehicle technician • A good standard of both written and spoken English. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Ability to work well as part of a team and also under your own initiative when required. • Be a well organised individual with excellent time management. • Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills including attending training courses both in house and external. We are seeking an experienced PA to work with Senior Management for an exciting 1 year fixed term contract. You will be working for the Board but mostly the MD and CFO. Ideal start date is mid February to allow for a 6 week hand over with the person that is going on maternity leave.. In this very important Senior PA role you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the MD, CFO and other members of the Board. You will work closely with senior management to provide administrative support, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, events, teleconferences, emails and acting as proxy for the individuals where necessary. The role involves; * Managing reception so managerial experience is essential. * Organising four large company conferences with a combined attendance of around 250. delegates so previous experience organising events would be desirable although not essential. * Occasional travel to different offices will be required to attend meetings and conferences, so a driving licence and car is essential. Key Responsibilities as a PA will include: * Active diary management for the MD and CFO * All travel and visa arrangements for the Board * All large travel bookings and large meetings for the wider business as and when required * Management of the central diary * Expenses and mileage * Taking minutes at meetings where appropriate * Creation of board level documents/reports/presentations * Management of reception * Maintenance of corporate rates with hotels for the business where appropriate * Organisation of four staff conferences in January with approx. 250 delegates To be successful you will need to be a highly motivated PA with solid experience at Senior Level. What we need: Our client are a busy local authority responsible for over 9000km of public highway across the county. We are assisting them to find two full time Tree Inspectors. What you will do on the job: The purpose of this job is to ensure the road network is safe from any hazards created by the roadside trees. This will mean travelling the councils highway network and carrying out inspections on all trees identified as a risk and manging accordingly. What you will need to succeed: Level 4 Certificate in Arboriculture or QCF equivalent. Previous experience in Arboriculture inspections Experience can be gained from a previous job or during education Must have own vehicle and licence Must be happy to work outside in various weather conditions.
