Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between the business and the ICT department.
  • Responsible for collating and understanding the wishes / needs of the business users, translating these to the technical IT colleagues who are building the solution.
  • Responsible for testing the solution/organize the test phase (Agree test scenarios and coordinate schedules to plan acceptance testing and manage feedback processes)
  • Jointly responsible for the implementation (operational & training support).
  • Where possible, you will also implement operational process optimizations in accordance with the strategy of the department / company.
  • Working in a team of 8 business analysts localized across the different countries, meaning teamwork and good communication skills are crucial. You will report to the team lead back end analysts who are located in Belgium.
  • You would work from the head office in Kemble, but you will travel to other companies on a regular basis (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany). The frequency is dependent on the project.

Tester £400 per day (6 Months+ / Option of working from Remote / Outside IR35)

Length of contract: 6 months+

Greenfield project! Opportunity to work in a small team to test and deliver a series of projects that will sit at the heart of a new system for the transport industry. You will be working alongside a small dev and UX team in a, long established, non-corporate and friendly agency outside of IR35 with a flat organizational structure that doesn’t care about titles and hierarchy.

Must Haves
·Extensive experience with System Integration Testing
·Extensive experience with hands on application Testing
·Experience of supporting the delivery of multiple projects concurrently
·Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
·Ability to clearly define the test scripts and linking them to the requirements
·Ability to clearly define the issues/defect raised along with evidence to support for issue resolutions.
·Knowledge of testing processes and an understanding of how these fits within an overall project life cycle.

You must have 10+ years of Programme Management experience in Infrastructure Delivery ideally in Telecom and Financial sector. 


  • Technical team management skills in large scale deployment projects (rollouts, infrastructure, Data Centre, IT & new development projects) stakeholder management (internal & external), management of off-shore development & delivery teams.
  • Act as a mediator between executives and numerous staff members employed as part of his or her specific area. 
  • Monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programme's team members. 
  • Issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion.
  • Define Governance, decision stage gates and responsibilities (RACI).
  • Oversee delivery of quality assurance of the programme.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and ability to work independently, and ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities to bring tasks to successful closure Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Key responsibilities: 
Provide end support to our Managed Service customers
Assist with escalations from the wider Service Desk
Maintain full 24/7 coverage for our customers to maximise uptime and prevent reoccurring issues
Deal with incoming incidents in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email
Take ownership of incidents and manage them in a logical and methodical manner, taking responsibility for the end-to-end management of incidents in your queue while proactively keeping the customer informed of progress
Deliver project excellence on customer sites by working with Project Managers to ensure all Projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • We are looking for an IT Project Manager based in South East (Option of working from remote) on a permanent basis. 
  • Role/ Responsibilities Identify and acquire the means to achieve project/programme/portfolio requirements Lead integration across all work streams and organisational boundaries to deliver project objectives Identify and secure resource. 
  • Lead project/programme/portfolio team, including setting up, developing and evaluating team performance where appropriate.
  • Monitor, control and manage overall project/programme/portfolio performance to address deviations from plan in line with company standard processes Influencing and management of key project/programme/portfolio stakeholders (internal and external). 
  • Status reporting to the PMO/Head of IT/Project/Programme Executive/Director. 
  • Able to make good decision based on limited information Team leadership responsibilities, including the planning and prioritisation of their work. 
  • Promotion of the general culture and professionalism of project management throughout the Business Experience Must be a proven PM, ideally with experience in the energy industry but not essential.
