Architectural Technician (Contract Basis) Reference: KOHAR(phone number removed) Rate: £15-25 PH Location: Harrogate My client is an award winning and chartered practice based in Harrogate who have a new opportunity for an Intermediate Architectural Technician to come on board on a contract/ temporary basis. With this role you will get the chance to work on a wide variety of sectors with some of their most recent work covering Industrial, Logistics and Commercial projects. With this role the main software used is Revit, however training will be provided for the right candidate should you show a basic/ competent understanding of Revit already. The hourly rate on this role is negotiable and will be dependant on experience. To work as an Architectural Technician you must have: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience. A degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in Architectural/Construction based subject. At least a basic level of Revit. Excellent understanding of the UK Building regulations. Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.Whilst working as an Architectural Technician you will: Liaise with your planning team in regard to the planning conditions. Produce work drawings and technical designs to a high standard. Complete all projects within the given time frame. Issue inspection reports after attending site meetings. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced and CIPD qualified HR professional to support their ambitious growth plans across the West Midlands. Reporting remotely to the senior HR team, your role will be to provide HR project management support to new schools joining the trust. This will include working closely with school SMTs and HR team to provide support, guidance, information and process to complete the TUPE process. It is also anticipated that you'll have strong ER skills to navigate any potential issues that may arise from the transfer. You'll need to support the SMT with a HR health check of any incoming schools. You'll need to have plenty of change management experience, ideally from a unionised or education environment and be able to managed HR restructures from start to finish. Integration of HR systems will also be critical in this role, data within the sector is key and as such a seamless transition is sought where possible.
