Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is currently looking for 2 dedicated social workers. The successful social worker must have experience of completing care act compliant assessments and commissioning packages of care. Some of your duties will include: - To undertake assessments of individual and carers needs and risks to encourage independence, provide support and prevent harm.
