Product Analyst 3 months intially Berkshire Role Purpose: The company Digital and Ecommerce arm is responsible for developing and/or delivering solutions that aim to provide digital platforms to support Consumer Marketing and ecommerce teams within the business. They are looking for a Product Analyst to join the growing On and Off Pack Team, responsible for developing end to end commercial content and digital asset managements solutions to support our Digital Transformation in Health. The Product Analyst – On and Off Pack will support across both the On Pack (Packaging Artwork) and Off Pack (Creative Communication Asset) approval solutions. As a Product Analyst you will become an expert in the platform and its underpinning business process. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure the platform remains relevant and up to date as technology and the business evolves and support activation into local countries. As a regulated organisation the management and approval processes require the utmost care and due diligence, and so the appropriate levels of validation and governance must always be observed in the platform as standard. Scope of Responsibilities: Analysis of requirements with regards to the platform capabilities, defining solutions and strategy of implementation Engage with stakeholders to baseline kpi’s, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement and establish ownership for benefits realisation and measurement Use of investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenarios, prototyping, quantitative approaches) to understand the current state of data/processes/reporting Proving vital input into the assessment, design, development and implementation of business solutions. Create and maintain the documentation of your efforts and communicate the results with stakeholders. Actively drive the enhancement/modification of supported solutions and processes related to it. Leadership of projects through whole lifecycle ensuring compliance with the company methodology Work within a matrix environment providing support and deliverables Deliver highest levels of security and internal controls across all implementations Facilitate issue resolution by interfacing with the broader support organisation and local end users, acting as mediator as and when required. Support the business with the development and delivering of training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance and optimum use of solutions Skills/Experiences: Essential Expert proficiency in English with good communication skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly/business language. Ability to quickly understand business needs. Strong desire to problem solve Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems. Ability to work in complex corporate environment. Desirable Knowledge of Marketing business functions. Vendor management experience. Experience in Customer Service roles. Technical / Professional Qualifications: Essential Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification, ideally within IT or business management as core subjects A minimum of 1 year practical experience in supporting business stakeholders from an IT perspective, covering both operational and project related activities Microsoft Office suite to proficient level. Desirable Business Analysis or Project Management Qualification. Experience with agile software development and PM methodologies. Experience using Jira and Confluence
