Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee routine highway maintenance contracts
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of contractors
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in managing routine highway maintenance contracts
Good understanding of highways maintenance standards and regulations
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using project management software
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualifications in contract management or a related field preferred
