Are you an agency recruiter that is tired of business development and cold calling? Or have you gained experience as an in-house recruiter and want to play an integral part in a thriving businesses growth ?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Commercial Services Group, Talent Acquisition team on a fixed term contract. This role represents a great opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated, and driven recruiter to join our team of Talent Consultants who provide end to end internal recruitment services across 28 brands within the CSG group.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of vacancies, as our group houses brands within Education Resources, HR Services, Recruitment, Energy, IT & Facilities and many more. You will be attracting, sourcing, and selecting diverse talent and be responsible for delivering to challenging timescales to meet project needs.

Key duties
Ensuring that we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time, to deliver on our goals and key project timelines.
Headhunting and sourcing key talent through a range of recruitment tools that we have available.
Building a network and pipeline of candidates for each diverse division, having a candidate in mind before a role even comes available!
Administration and organisational duties, such as posting stand out job adverts through our ATS system, ensuring all candidates are responded to and coordinating multiple diaries for interviews.
Becoming a walking ambassador for the company, promoting us at every opportunity, whether that is on social media or at networking events.
Delivering world class customer service to our candidates and hiring managers – ensuring to go the extra mile and leave people wanting to work for CSG.
Being a friendly face for new starters, ensuring that everyone has a positive onboarding experience.
Managing the relationships with all relevant recruiting partners and ensure they are fully effective and delivering against key objectives.
What we need from you –
Strong experience in recruitment and resourcing across a diverse range of roles, either in a Recruitment Agency setting or In- House recruitment setting.
Excellent relationship builder, be able to build rapport with stakeholders across the whole group.
Solid networking and sourcing skills, be capable of headhunting suitable candidates through a range of recruitment tools.
A real people person – be able to communicate with individuals from all walks of life.
Strong organisational skills – able to coordinate multiple diaries and schedule numerous interviews with ease.
