Learning & Development Coordinator

Ashley Kate HR are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator on a 12-month FTC.
This is a key role that will provide administrative support across all UK locations. You will be responsible for a diverse array of administrative activities that ensure the seamless coordination of the central training courses and the maintenance of their LMS.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
As an L&D Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include -
· Planning, promoting, and administering all L&D programmes.
· Provide invaluable administrative support for colleagues responsible for training, coordinating effectively with external training providers and certified bodies.
· Manage the central learning inbox and maintain accurate training records.
· Building and sustaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
· Producing both regular and ad-hoc training reports.
Essential Requirements:
· To excel in this role, you should possess previous administrative experience and be confident in using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Your ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all organisational levels is essential, as is your resilience in managing pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
· Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail
