The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils, fostering their curiosity and love for learning. You will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment, tailored to the needs of each child, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all students. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess, track, and report on the progress of students to ensure all pupils reach their potential.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.About You:

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably at Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
