Our client, a leading media organisation, are looking for an enterprising HR Manager to join their busy Shared Services team on a long term contract.
The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable, accomplished HR management professional with Workday experience who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a friendly human resources team. You will lead the provision of an excellent HR service within a forward-looking organisation to the highest possible standard.
Salary, Benefits and Working hours:
£40,000
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Working hours Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break - 37.5hrs per week
Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

As HR Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Oversight and management of the HRSS Admin team's workload, ensuring achievement of KPIs
Workday and iTrent system expert - managing escalation of issues with appropriate teams
Managing and assigning resources appropriately in conjunction with HRSS Team Leader
Keeping up to date with and communicating legislation & employment law changes, ensuring compliance
End of Financial Year audit support
Guiding HRSS team on internal changes to systems/structure/changes
Working with finance, HR and SSF teams to understand and enact organisational changes
Ensuring projects are managed and delivered on time, utilising resources appropriately
Benefits liaison/expert, translating benefits information for accurate processing
Mentoring and supporting HR & Payroll Team Leaders
Working with Head of HR on TUPE transfers
Ensuring Annual Salary Review & bonus process is completed accurately and on time
Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required
We're looking for an HR Manager with the following skills and experience:
Extensive previous experience in an HR management role, with experience of leading a team
CIPD (or other HR qualification) preferred
IT proficient, with an excellent knowledge of Workday and MS Office
A sound understanding of HR practices and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, with a positive, proactive and problem-solving approach
Enjoys working in a busy environment, both alone and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage tasks accurately to meet demanding deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
