About the role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team. This full-time, long-term position has become available due to an exciting expansion within our Early Years department, reflecting the school’s commitment to maintaining small class sizes and a high level of individualised attention. You will be working with a class of 20-25 eager young learners, guiding them through their early educational experiences with enthusiasm and care. The position starts ASAP, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a real impact.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with a specialisation in Early Years education.
• A proven track record of effective teaching within the EYFS framework.
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to support children with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners within the EYFS framework.
• Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and tailoring instruction to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and participate in continuous professional development.
