Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting students who require additional emotional and behavioral support, helping them navigate their school experience and achieve their full potential. Your work will be integral to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Application Requirements:
• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for making a difference in students’ lives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs to enhance their learning and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
• Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
• Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.
