Position - Administrator
Salary - £24,000 - £28,000
Location - Glasgow City Centre
Working hours - 37.5 hours per week but flex within core working hours
Friday - 330pm finish
Office based during training then hybrid working 2 days at home/3 days in office
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. They are offering hybrid working, 2 days at home and 3 in the office and are flexible on working hours but standard hours are 37.5 per week. Please read below to find out more……
Daily tasks
* Being first point of contact for any clients/guest
* Be on hand to answer phone calls when needed
* Reception duties when needed
* Have the skills and admin abilities to multi task
* Be flexible to do more than one admin task at a time
* Support their already established fee earners with their busy admin work load
* Great attention to detail
* Happy to take ownership of tasks delegated to you
* Ask questions to upskill yourself
* Enjoy admin tasks and be inquisitive to find out more
* Good communication both verbal and written as dealing with all levels
* Vast array of tasks
* Some doc control work and processing warrant applications (training will be provided)
Essential skills
* Great attention to detail
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Enjoy admin work
* Also happy to be first point of contact
