Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an experienced payroll Clerk for our well-known client based in Warwick.
The successful Payroll Clerk will have previous experience in handling multi company payroll and be used to working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
As Payroll Clerk and part of the Accounts team you will be joining an established team of professionals enabling you to work in a positive forward thinking company and environment with full support. This opportunity offers an immediate start to the right candidate.
Duties:
As Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
Reconciliation timesheet to payroll entries
Setting up starters and leavers
Using in house system Assured Management System for Data Information relevant to Payroll
Process all aspects of company payroll (salaries, SSP, SMP and Pensions)
Handle personnel and pay documents for the company's staff promptly and precisely
Maintain awareness of relevant regulations in relation to payroll and benefits
Assist in the reconciliation of relevant balance sheet accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Qualified or near qualified to AAT or qualified by experience
2/3 Years Experience within Payroll
Use of Excel
Experience of Finance Systems
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Additional Information:
Hours of Work: Will be discussed for either Part Time- or Full-Time
