Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and SAP Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, invoice processing, and SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate pre- and post-award contract activities for HR and General Services
Maintain contract spend spreadsheets and monitor contract end dates and available funds
Create purchase requisitions, requests for tender, and contract revisions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, recruitment agencies, the finance team, and the Head of Human Resources
Process invoices efficiently using SAP and the internal finance app
Ensure compliance with ENI policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR department as neededQualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration
Strong proficiency in SAP systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent Excel skills
