What you ll be doing:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis tailoring activities so they can reach their goals.
• Helping the lead teacher adapt lessons, making learning accessible for every student.
• Developing social and communication skills with students who need that extra guidance.
• Assisting in implementing Individual Education Plans and strategies to help each child progress.
• Encouraging independence, building confidence, and creating a safe and supportive learning space.
• Tracking progress and feeding back to the team to make sure everyone stays on track.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where everyone can thrive.

What you ll need:

• An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one!)
• Maybe you have a TA Qualification, or perhaps you have experience supporting SEND students (But we can chat about that!)
• Have a genuine passion for helping others
• To be creative and adaptable No two students are the same!

Additional Information:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Full time, Monday to Friday, 08 30
• Salary - £85 - £100 a day depending on experience.
• Location: Littleworth, Oxfordshire
