School Administrator

Day rate: £90 - £120

Location: Rotherham, S66.

Start Date: ASAP

PK Education are looking to appoint a full time Receptionist/Administrator to join a small primary school in Rotherham. Starting as soon as possible on a full time, long term basis this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

About you: We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in administrative roles, possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills. A confident and professional manner in handling telephone inquiries is a must, along with a solid grasp of IT skills. While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom would be beneficial but isn't essential.

As a school receptionist you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school to ensure it runs smoothly.

Key duties will include:

• Covering the front desk reception, meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering in bound phone calls, recording messages and transferring calls
• Logging pupils attendance and other information onto SIMS

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience working within a school
• Experience of using SIMS
• Personable and engaging.
• DBS on update service (or willing to undertake one)
