Stores Person

Location: Sheerness

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm

Salary: £12.50- £14ph+ Neg DEO PAYE

Contract Type: Ongoing work

Our client is a leading finished vehicle logistics company with locations across the UK, who specialise in new and used vehicle preparation, logistics and secure storage to the automotive industry. They are currently seeking an experienced stores Person to work in Sheerness, Kent.

Your main duties will include:

• Receiving deliveries and dispatching parts.
• Managing and inputting on stock control systems.
• Liaising with suppliers, pricing, and supplying quotes.
• General parts admin duties.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required by your line manager.
• Heavy lifting may be required.

Essential qualities and requirements:

• Experience in either a stores/parts department is a must.
• Candidates with automotive repair knowledge will be considered.
• Excellent IT knowledge.
• Confident dealing with customers and clients as well as the workshop team.
