MAG - Solution Architect
We are looking for a skilled Contract Solution Architect to support several critical HR technology projects on a temporary basis. This role will focus on the design and implementation of key HR systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
As a Solution Architect, you will lead the architecture and technical design for multiple HR initiatives, including a new Employee Relations Case Management system, a Benefits platform integrated with SAP Employee Central Payroll, and an Employee Engagement survey platform using Qualtrics. You’ll play a vital role in delivering these solutions within project timelines and ensuring they align with our broader IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet project requirements and align with future-state business processes.
• Design and implement HR technology solutions, ensuring compliance with internal business and technical governance processes.
• Produce detailed design documentation and secure the necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal technology teams to ensure that designs align with established architectural patterns and frameworks.
• Identify and address any design gaps, working with SMEs and external suppliers to develop appropriate solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring successful and timely delivery of project objectives.
Key Projects You Will Work On:
• Employee Relations Case Management System: Lead the design and implementation of a system to streamline and enhance employee relations processes.
• Benefits Platform: Architect a new benefits platform that integrates with SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Employee Engagement Survey Platform: Design and deploy an engagement survey solution based on the Qualtrics platform.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on HR technology platforms. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Strong architectural background, with the ability to drive design decisions and see them through to completion within project timelines.
• Integration experience with SAP Cloud Process Integration / Integration Suite would be beneficial.
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly SAP Employee Central Payroll, is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology integration projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated and able to provide technical leadership in a contract role, driving projects forward with minimal supervision
