I am currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join my public sector client on a contract until the end of March 2025. You will work 4.5 hours per day working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 1pm. You will be office based in Glasgow city centre. This role will start immediately, so you must have less than 1 weeks notice or be available immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming visitors and clients, answering their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or person
Managing the phone system by answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as taking messages when necessary
Scheduling and managing appointments for staff or clients, often using software or appointment calendars
Ensuring the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organised and presentable at all times
Receive and sort any incoming mail and deliveries
Inputting data into databases, maintaining accurate records, and updating contact information
Handling basic filing, organising documents, and maintaining client recordsTo apply for this position, you will require:

Proven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
