Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and courteous Level 1 Learning Support Assistant to join the Learning Support Department at a school based int he West Lindsey District of Lincolnshire. The role will primarily involve being part of a team that supports learners with Special Educational Needs within the classroom. The role will involve working with the whole ability range of students across all three Key Stages across the full range of the curriculum.

The school are looking for someone who is able to work full-time and who is able to start imminently.

We are seeking Practitioners with:

• A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
• An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
• Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
