This Secretarial Administration role will see you part of a secretarial and office team on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be responsible for minute taking, diary management, document management, supporting of event management and liaising with senior external and internal stakeholders.

Description
precise minute-taking
proof-reading and identifying mistakes in documents
take responsibility for managing meeting cycles
scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions
Collation and quality checking of meeting materialsProfile
be efficient and accurate in your minute taking
Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
have proven longevity in prior positions (stayed in a role for at least 2+ years)
excellent communication skills, both written and verbalJob Offer
