TA Project Administrator

We are looking to recruit a dynamic officer to join to the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project, which sits within the Housing Partnership and Service Improvement Team. As a Temporary Accommodation Administrator your primary responsibility is to assist the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project Manager in the delivery of change projects and new ways of working.
Role Overview:
As a Temporary Accommodation Administrator, your primary responsibility is to assist the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project Manager in delivering change projects and implementing new ways of working. Your role will focus on providing professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and the team, enabling workstreams to move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
Gather and manage data using multiple databases.
Distribute large volumes of mail via post and email communications.
Answer queries and create detailed reports.
Create and maintain electronic files.
Manage time effectively to ensure smooth project operations.
Handle high-volume mailings and manage email communications.
Collect and organize data for effective spreadsheet management.
Contract: This is a temporary post for 6-12 months
Location: Laurence House
Whilst the service is primarily based in Laurence House, we operate a hybrid approach whereby you will be required to work both in the office and from home as determined by service requirements. All candidates will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week
