About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge children to reach their full potential. You will work closely with a supportive teaching assistant and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to the holistic development of each child.
This part-time role offers flexibility, making it perfect for someone looking for a balance between work and personal commitments. You will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of students in Year 1 and Year 2, while benefiting from the school’s excellent CPD programs and continuous support from senior leadership.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience teaching KS1 in a UK classroom.
• A passion for working with young learners and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons for KS1 students.
• Assess, monitor, and support the academic progress of each student, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support the emotional and social development of every child.
