About the role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team and play an essential role in shaping the young minds of our Year 1 and Year 2 students. As a KS1 Teacher, you will create engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning, ensuring that every child’s individual needs are met. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
You will be working closely with a dedicated team of colleagues who share your passion for delivering quality education. We value creativity in teaching and offer the freedom to explore new ideas and teaching methods. The role starts ASAP, and we’re looking for someone ready to jump in and make a difference from day one.
Application Requirements:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience working in KS1, preferably within a UK-based school.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Be passionate about education and committed to ensuring all students reach their potential.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Foster a love for learning in all students, encouraging participation, confidence, and personal growth.
