Site Manager - Fit-Out - Taunton - Office-to-Residential
Are you a site manager or working foreman with experience of fitting out apartments, or managing the fit out of commercial -to-residential projects?
We are currently recruiting for the role of site manager/working foremen to work on behalf of a developer who have secured planning permission to convert a former office block into 17 apartments.
The project starts the first week in November and the site manager will be required for at least 5 months.
Site Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of site operatives
* Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
* Ordering materials
* Updating a site diary
* Reporting to a visiting project manager
Site Manager Requirements & Certificates
* Joinery background
* Experience of fitting out apartments/ commercial-to-residential projects
* Local to Taunton, or can realistically commute to the site
* Prepared to provide references
* SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
We are able to pay the site manager on either a self employed, CIS basis or via their limited company.
