Location: Birmingham, B24 9FD – Attendance at our offices required 1 day a week (Wednesday)
Salary: £23,400 - £28,600 per annum, DOE + Benefits!
Contract: FTC – 12 months, Full time

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will work closely with the UX Manager, playing a key role in administering and configuring our learning management system (LMS) and associated platforms.
You will be using Salesforce, Tatara and Synap on a daily basis, if you have experience of these that would be a plus but it’s not essential!
You will be responsible for:
* Providing prompt troubleshooting support for users facing technical or access issues on the LMS.
* Supporting the build, maintenance, and updating of digital learning content, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
* Collaborating with the UX Manager to develop and test new LMS solutions, incorporating user feedback to enhance the platform's accessibility and effectiveness.
* Managing user permissions and access within the LMS.
* Supporting the project management of content updates and multi-language course pages.
* Assisting with site-wide updates, installations, and system maintenance.
