* Working with a leading FM provider around commercial offices in the Soho and Covent Garden area's
* Looking for someone with a background in FM either Elec or Mech
Your new role
* Pre planned & Reactive maintenance within a commercial office space
* We are looking for an individual with a strong knowledge of building services.
* EML, Light testing, Fire alarms
* AHU, FCU
* Client facing - we are looking for a strong and likable attitude
What we are looking for
* Electrical or Mechanical qualifications up to today's date
* Previous similar experience
* Good work attitude
