About the role: We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an SEN Teacher to join a large college in Southgate, Enfield, delivering high-quality education to students with special educational needs (SEN). You will become a key member of the SEN department, teaching and supporting students aged 16-24. This role can be tailored to suit your schedule, with full-time or part-time options available. You will be teaching a variety of subjects, including Science projects, Humanities, and other multidisciplinary content. The role is ideal for someone who understands the pedagogy of teaching SEN students and is skilled at communicating with and motivating young people with diverse needs.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on SEN.
• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly in a college setting.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
• Provide one-on-one support and group instruction to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and other professionals to create effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
