ADMINISTRATOR, 6 MONTH FTC
REMOTE
£23,400 (PRO RATA)
We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Administrator to join our client on a 6 month FTC, with the potential to be extended to 12 months.
The role is working for a national organisation, where you will be joining a small, dedicated Customer Experience team providing email support to customers.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will be:
* Coordinating, monitoring and improving the CRM system to support the various customer teams, through inbox management and email support.
* Prioritising complaints and following them through to resolution, collecting any additional information required.
* Acting in line with regulations and policies, ensuring actions are completed within the necessary timeframes.
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and timely service, communicating in a clear and concise manner.
* Collaborating effectively with other internal teams, including senior stakeholders.
* Keeping customers informed with developments.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Administrator you must have:
* Previous admin experience, including working to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate at all levels.
* Experience of managing inboxes alongside query/ complaint management.
* Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, shared drive etc.
* Passes in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Strong organisation skills and good time management.
