Location: Isle of Man OR Jersey
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Duration: Initial 6 months
Salary: Up to £800 per day
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Accountant to manage the financial integration of an acquired company. This role involves a variety of accounting and project activities, ensuring compliance with group policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PPA accounting and integration activities
Align financial treatments with group policies
Support post-completion accounts and covenant reporting
Collaborate with external consultants (auditors, tax advisors)
Assist with various finance-related projects
Essential Skills:
Professional accounting qualification or significant hands-on experience
Proficient in IT systems and advanced Excel
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Desirable Experience:
Background in Acquisition Accounting or M&A
Familiarity with telecoms or technology sectors
