About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students, guiding them through this crucial stage of their development. You will create engaging and dynamic lesson plans that not only meet curriculum standards but also inspire curiosity and foster a genuine love for learning. Your creativity and passion will bring subjects to life, encouraging students to explore, ask questions, and develop critical thinking skills.

Application Requirements:
• A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within KS2.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• An understanding of the Church of England’s ethos and values is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement exciting and challenging lesson plans tailored to the KS2 curriculum.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback that promotes learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching strategy.
• Support the school’s vision and values, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
