About the role: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a vibrant, welcoming primary school in Brent, London. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, helping to shape the learning experiences of young children at a crucial stage in their educational journey. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in Early Years settings.
• A passion for working with young children, with a creative and nurturing approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in supporting children's social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore their curiosity.
• Use creative teaching techniques to promote development in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
