HubSpot Specialist
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office) or Remote
Contract: Inside IR35, 3 months (with potential extension)
We are a dynamic software company based in Bracknell, looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring just 1 day per week in our Bracknell office, but we are open to remote work arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Administering HubSpot CRM, ensuring efficient functionality and use across the business.
Creating and managing trigger reports, along with more complex reports in specific formats as needed by the team.
Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
Providing ongoing support and recommendations for optimizing HubSpot processes.
Utilizing Excel to analyze data, create visualizations, and support reporting efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HubSpot CRM administration.
Proficiency in creating complex and trigger reports.
Experience with Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
Contract Details:
Inside IR35
Initial contract duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Competitive daily rate based on experience.
