Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator
Full time office based, Monday to Friday in Stratford, London
Office hours: 08:00- 16:00
6-month fixed term contract
£25,000
Successful and expanding Property Maintenance company based in Stratford are looking to recruit a bright and dedicated Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator to join their busy projects team!
This is a dual role combining both interaction and support for residents and administration duties
Some of the duties:
Liaising with residents both in person and on the phone
Attending site visits
Booking in appointments for upgrades and repairs
Updating teams and relevant managers on appointments
Monitoring email inbox, flagging and prioritising key tasks
Corresponding to emails
Compile reports using both Microsoft Excel and Word
All about you
Previous experience in a people facing role
Intermediate Excel skills - updating reports/basic formulas
Resourceful, innovative, and proactive
Excellent communication skills
