Foreman
My client are a specialist subcontractor who are looking to onboard a foreman due to an increased order book. My client operate heavily within the civils market working across schemes predominantly in the infrastructure sector.
Foreman responsibilities:
* Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.
* Site supervision.
* Tool box talks.
* Daily briefings.
* Managing health and safety compliance.
* Managing and allocating labour, plant and materials.
* Liaising with the client.
* Progress meetings.
* Ensuring work is being completed in accordance to program.
Foreman requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card - (Gold/ Black).
* NVQ level 3 minimum.
* SSSTS/ SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Previous experience with highways, 278 works, utilities or drainage.
* Full UK driving licence.
