Multi-Trader - Social Housing Scheme (Skelmersdale)

Hourly Rate: £19.29

Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team, working on a social housing scheme in Skelmersdale. If you're skilled, reliable, and committed to making a real difference in the community, this role is for you!

Multi-Trader Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting to maintain and improve residential properties.

Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, while maintaining strong communication with residents and the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Multi-Trader Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance work.

Full UK driving licence (preferred) and ability to travel within the Skelmersdale area.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
